Small particles can cause big problems

Many automotive manufacturers face the risk of sensitive parts being affected and contaminated by particles, leading to failure down the road. Even the smallest dust particles can compromise the tightness of connections, reduce pressure and, in the worst case, cause complete failure.

Because of this, cleanroom production is no small thing at DBI. Our standards for technical cleanliness meet the highest demands for operational reliability and environmental protection. 

We now have two cleanroom production facilities (class 9 in the production, class 8 in laboratory and packaging), which have been built according to the highest standards in the industry.
We control cleanroom specifications by systematic measurements of particle level and sizes according to ISO-14644-1.
