Bioplastics offer a fossil-free alternative to conventional plastics by reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. They are made from renewable biomass sources such as plant-based materials, making them a more environmentally friendly option.

DBIBio™ range has a lower carbon footprint compared to traditional plastics and are 100% recyclable, reducing waste and CO2 emission. Incorporating bioplastic solutions can help companies align with their CSR goals and improve ESG ratings.

Yes, our DBIBio™ solutions have the same material quality and durability as fossil-based plastics. The solutions meet all industrial standards, ensuring they are a reliable and effective alternative to traditional plastics.

Bioplastics are made from renewable biomass sources, such as plant-based materials and agricultural waste. These sustainable materials serve as alternatives to traditional fossil-based plastics, contributing to a more environmentally friendly approach to plastic production.

Our bioplastic range is a fully sustainable and fossil-free solution for your business. We offer three different biomaterials derived from sugarcane.

The LDPE variant is 100% LDPE, with 95% bio content.

The HDPE variant is 100% HDPE, with 94% bio content.

The EVA variant is 100% EVA, with 70% bio content.

The sugar cane is farmed under strict sustainable guidelines to prevent environmental degradation and promote biodiversity and crop rotation. The raw material used for bioplastics is a by-product derived from the food and fuel extraction process, making it a highly efficient and sustainable option. The use of bioplastics helps to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Firstly, bioplastics are derived from renewable biomass sources such as plant-based materials or agricultural waste. These biomass sources are abundant and can be replenished through natural processes, ensuring a continuous and sustainable supply of raw materials.

Secondly, the manufacturing process for bioplastics involves less reliance on non-renewable resources, reducing the environmental impact associated with extraction and processing.

Additionally, bioplastics can contribute to a closed-loop system, further extending their life cycle and minimizing waste. This closed-loop approach enhances resource efficiency by reducing the need for new raw materials and reducing the overall demand on natural resources.

Overall, the resource-effective supply chain of bioplastics is driven by the use of renewable biomass, reduced energy consumption in production, and the potential for recycling and reuse. These factors contribute to the sustainability and environmental benefits of bioplastics as an alternative to conventional plastics.
